The Delta State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA) was established in 1996 as a parastatal to provide a Single Developmental Thrust in the provision of potable water and the promotion of sanitation and hygiene in the rural areas and primary schools of the State. Its creation was a necessary condition for the State to receive Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) related assistance and support from the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and donor partners………

Engr. Clement Adiotmre is the General Manager of the Rural Water and Sanitation Agency of Delta State, a trained engineer with a master’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and FIDIC certification on Contract Management. A water and sanitation specialist with over 25 years of post-graduation and professional experience in water supply, sanitation, and hygiene.
